Talk to a doctor

Some medicines cannot be sold without a prescription. If you need one and do not have it, a registered doctor can call you, discuss what is wrong, and write a prescription if it is clinically appropriate.

We need an account so the doctor can reach you, and so any prescription they write is attached to the right person.

How this works

  1. 1.You tell us what is wrong and when to call.
  2. 2.A registered doctor calls and consults you properly. They may decide a medicine is not right for you, or that you need to be seen in person — that is a real outcome, not a failure.
  3. 3.If they write a prescription it lands on your prescriptions page, and our pharmacist verifies it before anything is dispensed.

What a phone consultation cannot cover: Schedule H1 and X medicines, including habit-forming and psychotropic drugs, may not be prescribed remotely. Those need a doctor you see in person.
