Some medicines cannot be sold without a prescription. If you need one and do not have it, a registered doctor can call you, discuss what is wrong, and write a prescription if it is clinically appropriate.

- 2.A registered doctor calls and consults you properly. They may decide a medicine is not right for you, or that you need to be seen in person — that is a real outcome, not a failure.
- 3.If they write a prescription it lands on your prescriptions page, and our pharmacist verifies it before anything is dispensed.
What a phone consultation cannot cover: Schedule H1 and X medicines, including habit-forming and psychotropic drugs, may not be prescribed remotely. Those need a doctor you see in person.
