This medicine should be used along with a proper diet, salt restriction, and regular exercise for best results. It should be taken with or without food preferably in the morning, to avoid frequent urination at night. This medicine may cause dehydration, so it is better to take plenty of fluids. Inform doctor if you develop extreme thirst and muscle weakness. Some patients may develop swelling of ankle as a side effect of using this medicine.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Amlokind-H Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Amlokind-H Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Amlokind-H Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of Amlokind-H Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.

Amlokind-H Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Amlokind-H Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

If you miss a dose of Amlokind-H Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
