Beclo S Lotion is a combination medicine that is used to treat eczema and psoriasis. It provides relief from redness, itching and swelling. It helps in softening the skin. Beclo S Lotion should be used in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Wash your hands before using this medicine. It is advised to check the label for directions before use. It is for external use only. Do not use this medicine more than the recommended dose. Inform your doctor if you have known allergies from this medicine. The common side effects of this medicine include dry skin, burning, irritation, itchiness, and redness at the application site. Applying Beclo S Lotion helps manage psoriasis symptoms like itching, pain, redness, swelling or irritation. It moisturizes the skin and makes it soft and smooth. Clean and dry the affected area before applying Beclo S Lotion. Use it atleast 2-3 times a day or as prescribed. You may see change in your skin appearance after few weeks.
How it works
Beclo S Lotion is a combination of two medicines: Beclometasone and Salicylic Acid which treat eczema and psoriasis. Beclometasone is a steroid medicine. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Salicylic Acid is a keratolytic medicine which breaks down keratin clumps, removes dead skin cells and softens the skin. It also enhances the absorption of Beclometasone into the skin.
How to use
This medicine is for external use only. Use this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Shake it well and apply to the area evenly.

If you miss a dose
If you miss a dose of Beclo S Lotion, apply it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
