About this medicine
Cognitive Tablet is a combination medicine that is used as a cognitive enhancer. It helps to improve brain function, enhance focus and increase the blood flow to the brain. It also improves communication between the nerve cells and protects the brain. Cognitive Tablet may be taken with or without food, preferably at the same time each day. Take it at the same time each day as this helps to maintain a consistent level of medicine in the body. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. How to use
