Halox S Lotion is a combination medicine that is used to treat eczema and psoriasis. It provides relief from redness, itching and swelling. It helps in softening the skin. Eczema is a condition in which patches of skin swells and becomes dry, itchy, rough and red. Halox S Lotion moisturizes the skin and helps reduce dryness and itchiness. It reduces swelling and redness at the affected area. Apply 1-2 times a day or as prescribed by your doctor. You might see an improvement in your skin after 2 to 3 weeks of treatment.
How it works
Halox S Lotion is a combination of two medicines: Halobetasol and Salicylic Acid which treat eczema and psoriasis. Halobetasol is a steroid medicine. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Salicylic Acid is a keratolytic medicine which breaks down keratin clumps, removes dead skin cells and softens the skin. It also enhances the absorption of Halobetasol into the skin.
How to use
This medicine is for external use only. Use this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Shake it well and apply to the area evenly.

If you miss a dose
